BCV specializes in social media for the hospitality space. As a client-facing account manager, I serviced 20+ properties within the Marriott International business portfolio through strategy development, content calendars, and photography services.

KEY CONTRIBUTIONS

  • Increased social engagements as much as 80% MoM.

  • Worked closely with 3 cross-functional teams — data, community management, and creative — to craft content calendars and maximize advertising budgets.

  • Integrated comprehensive organic social, paid social, UGC, PR, and influencer marketing strategies.

  • Analyzed KPIs to drive actionable strategies and presented performance reports to key stakeholders.

  • Lead interdisciplinary teams to create action-oriented social media strategy, creative assets, copy, and ad campaigns.

  • Managed client expectations through recurring strategy conversations and consistent reporting.

  • Crafted and executed six-figure paid social campaigns, tailoring assets and audiences to each property's individual goals.

  • Led pre-production planning, creative direction, and on-site production of 10+ social content shoots.

  • Captured on-site, social-first lifestyle content using iPhone and DSLR cameras to paint a compelling picture of each property.

  • Drove crisis communications through the COVID-19 pandemic.
