Strategy: San Diego Wedding Week Campaign

When my client expressed the desire to encourage wedding bookings, and the San Diego Bridal Bazaar was just over a week away, I knew I had to act fast. So, I crafted the San Diego Wedding Week campaign in 24 hours time.


The annual San Diego Bridal Bazaar draws thousands of brides and couples-to-be in search of that perfect wedding vendor, planner, and venue. Since my client would not have a physical booth at the Bazaar, I increased the property's exposure through strategic, geotargeted ad spend focused on engaged users (romantically and digitally) in the San Diego area. I also flooded the client's social channels with wedding-related Instagram Stories and a six tile grid like the mockup above capturing attendees attention.
